Holy Stone Drone HS190

Excellent starter drone for beginners, my children and I were able to learn the controls and the different features before bringing it outside to be taken away by the wind.

This drone is very nice; especially for indoor use. It flies very smoothly and is easy to control.

I enjoyed Holy Stone's battle drones (formerly laser 7) before I bought HS190 Quad-copter which gives me and the kids a lot of fun in safety. The reason I bought HS 190 was that I wanted to spend fun time with kids in my classroom. So, my biggest concerning is safety. HS190 gets rid of my concern quickly as I got ready to fly it. It just took about two hours to train myself as a pilot. The flight of the drone is very stable. Trimming function in the transmitter gives me quick adjustment of drifting. With just one or two times of pressing trimmer buttons are enough to take rebalance. Headless mode gives me another stable way of flying the drone because I don't have to worry about positioning myself same as in the pilot's direction. Spinning and flipping are attention-gripping functions for the kids. The functions always make "wow" from the people. Especially, I use spinning to hit and fall the ping pong balls in a game with people. One thing I want to share for betterment of the drone is the issue of battery life. About 5-7 minutes of flight time is kind of short. I understand the flight time of small drones. However, the battery is already installed inside the drone, I have to wait until the drone itself is recharged for about 30 minutes. This the difference from the battle drones which I can replace the new batteries in it anytime. If HS190 has a separate space for new batteries, we can enjoy longer flight time with the drone. Overall, HS190 is a great way of having fun with kids and there are a lot of ways to create games, for example racing, blowing or hitting soft objects to fall. I highly recommend the people to have fun with their kids with HS190.

Best one to get started with. It being foldable, tiny yet very powerful, you will surely have a great time learning drones. The perfectly sensitive controller allows you to do numerous aerial stunts easily. Highly recommended for beginners!!!

Best xmas gift ever. My 14 yr old son loves it and my 20 yr old son loves it even more than he does! His college buddies ordered one for themselves too.

Biggest piece of junk. Bought two of these. They both flew one time and never flew again. Big waste of money.

Both my husband and sons (6&9) love the Drone! It charges quickly, has multiple flying settings for beginners and more advanced, and is fun both inside and outside! Affordable and entertaining!

Awesome. He loves it.There's a button for headless mode, one key return (no GPS though), one key take-off/Land, 4 trim buttons that are actually labeled with the trim direction, an auto rotation button, and you press the right joystick and then move the same stick in the direction you want the drone to flip. There's also a charge cable in the storage area for the drone to be charged by the controllers batteries (4 AAA's that are not included) or there's the provided USB charge cable. The one thing I do not like is that the drone's battery is not removable so when it reaches its life expectancy, time for a new drone.... though at this price that's not really an issue. The instructions are easy to read and understand. There's extra props and prop guards along with screws and a screwdriver included in the box. I have to say this just became my new favorite mini drone!

Awesome!!! This was far more fun than anticipated! Got it for a six year old who learned how to use it in about 10 minutes. Adults were fighting to try it. Super easy to learn. Hours of fun at an amazing price! Worth every penny! Great product!

I got this drone for my kids birthday, he’s 8 and he loved it, is a little confusing to use and start but once it got started he can’t stop playing with the drone, good quality and good price, I highly recommend it!

I gave this to my 9 year old for her birthday. She really likes it. It is pretty easy to use and has taken lots of crashes. I like how the blade guards go over the blades. She can fly it in the house without the blades cutting anything.

I bought this tiny (and I mean TINY as in even with the arms in the flying position it still completely fits in the palm of my hand) drone just to see how it'd compare to my other Holy Stone drones and I must say I'm rather impressed! Just based on the sheer size of it, I really wasn't expecting much. After flying this drone around inside and outside, I've come to the conclusion that not only is this the smallest but it's also the fastest drone in my collection. I don't know how Holy Stone did it, but this thing awesome! It's really fun to fly and sounds like a mad hornet buzzing around. The controller is well laid out with clearly marked buttons and also doubles as the storage case for the drone (fold the arms and place the drone in the covered hole in the middle of the controller) which I thought was a nice touch. There's 3 speed settings and I always fly it on the fastest.

Bought a few as gifts for my nephews. We had them in the air doing flips pretty quickly. Read the instructions first. There are a lot of built in functions on the controller that aid in flight operations. Using the propeller guards to protect the blades is a good idea. It comes with 2 sets of blades (1 red & 1 black). Read the instructions for proper assembly or it will not fly correctly.

He really likes it and is able to control it very well even though he's only 9 years old. It's easy to lift up, land, and do flips.

I found this drone on sale, and I bought it for my daughter's 18 year-old male friend who is into aircraft. He was thrilled and has had so much fun playing with it. We were entertained just watching! My parents are both still kids at heart, so I decided to send them one as well. They are having a blast with it! It does do flips and 360's, but it works better when fully charged. The battery doesn't last long, but you can play with it for a few minutes and easily charge it while doing something else, and then come back to it later. I don't have any complaints. It's a neat little toy for a low price!

I feel like this drone is the best toy I've ever had. I like to play with it, and it's very cool. I like how you can adjust the flight with the trims and make it come back to you. Also, you can land it with the click of a button. It's easy to use, but it also has some advanced features.

I didn't get what I paid for I wanted a drone that wasn't in the box very disappointed.

Best little drone for indoor play.

I did a lot of research before purchasing my son his first drone . The positive experience was overwhelming for Holy Stone and I like the fact that whenever there are issues they go the extra mile to make a right. My son was so stoked with this drone and best of all he had no issues flying it!

This drone has great quality. Turns out the fact that is small makes it super perfect for the kids to enjoy inside the home and small places and it actually pretty durable we crashed it a few times without an issue

I got my 11 year old son this for Christmas and he LOVES it!! It’s stable, fast and he has mastered the flips with it! We have tried other small drones and they were too unstable to even play with. This one is the best ever! We highly recommend it!

Definitely recommend this small drone. This drone is awesome small easy to use directions where simple and the controller is easy to use.

I got this for my 4 yr old granddaughter and she just loves it. The size is perfect for her little hands and it took her no time at all to learn how to operate it. She absolutely loves it and I recommend this for any small child. Perfect!

I got this for a boy I’m a nanny for on his birthday & he loves it!

I got this drone a few months ago on a whim and have never been happier with a $15 purchase! The drone is compact, easy to fly and handles very well, even in breezy outdoor conditions! My 2 yr old loves seeing it buzz around and has even picked up some basic flying skills with it. Having been stuck at home for days, flying this drone is a fun break and always manages to lift my spirits! The only problem's I've faced is when I crash the drone and have to go hunting for it. Being so tiny, its hard to locate - it would've been nice if it had a locator function (noise or light based) to help locate it. In fact, I managed to lose it this evening by crashing it in my neighbors yard and I don't even know which yard it is in :( Overall though - I definitely recommend getting this, especially if you're a beginner like me. It's brought me so much joy and I'm most likely getting another if I don't find it tomorrow!

I enjoy flying this drone. I had one issue with drone not charging. Holy Stone troubleshooted issue with me. I was offered discount to purchase a new drone, which I accepted. I do wish charging cord would fit better in drone for charging. Otherwise a good drone!
