Drone Holy Stone HS175D

A solid starter drone to start using it in the air....then you will be able handle a higher priced done.

From my experience, it’s def worth the price but one thing I didn’t think about was the app I’m using with a drone . Overall, battery lasts like 20 min but bring that thing in as soon as it lets u know it’s low . In regular use, the app crashes a ton of times making u lose drone briefly . After spending some time with it, tried on multiple devices the app is garbage . For everyday flying, i had to machete my way through a ton of wood stinging cuz the app wouldn’t do it for me . So far, it’s durable.

Great compact drone for windless using it in the air. Even a compact breeze affects the flight path. Bought this almost 3 years ago and tried using it in the air it but crashed every time. Overall, just dug it out and started reading the manual. From my experience, charged the batteries and controller and started the setup. In regular use, drone flew like it was brand new. After spending some time with it, i plan on taking it out to an open field and try to fly it again. For everyday flying, i recommend you read the entire manual before attempting to fly. So far, the kit comes with a full set of replacement propellers and screws to secure them, two batteries with charging cords. Great compact drone for the price.

For everyday flying, yes this drone is a decent quality and great pictures so far! So far, if anything changes I will be sure to update!

For the price, the overall experience feels reasonable. Overall, I am pleased with it.

From my experience, the drone is pretty good i bought it for myself. In regular use, the return to home feature saved me from losing it a couple times and the range is better than other drones ive owned and it even surprised me. After spending some time with it, camera quality is fine. For everyday flying, definitely not 4k though.

In regular use, bought this for my Husband for his Birthday and he hasn't stopped using it !! He absolutely Loves it !He wishes he had an Extra battery for more Airtime to fly it - lolIt’ is his first Drone and this was so easy to set up and straightforward to control in the air and the Camera is crystal Clear !

I've been practicing with this HS175D for awhile.Now that I can fly it without crashing a lot,its been a great little pastime.I live in remote Alaska and its extremely useful for checking out strange noises at night without risking a run in with a bear or a mad momma moose.Saved me a couple times when a grizzly bear was in the trash.Noise/lights scared it off.Did have to replace a few propellers when she swatted it down.Still worked fine after. Only gripe I have is the phone clamp doesn't fit a large phone, Nokia G100.If you ever come up with a longer life battery,ill be first in line for a few.Even just parking it on the outhouse to use the camera making sure nothing is waiting for me is a big help.

From my experience, very happy with this drone!!!! In regular use, exceeded my expectations.

I picked up my drone a year ago, but due to a shoulder injury I haven’t got to use it. I picked up extra propellers recently as well. For everyday flying, i highly recommend it and can’t wait to play with it.

After spending some time with it, you may need to take your phone cover off to get your phone to work in the phone cover. For everyday flying, if the phones get wider than a s22 ultra the phone will not fit. So far, i found an older phone I had laying around to use with this drone,.

For everyday flying, for the price it has worked well. This was a present. Overall, 4 months later still working. From my experience, for the price point i would say go for it.

In use, it is okay. In regular use, i had some problems with the setup and bought a cheaper drone since I needed one ASAP and I like the less expensive one better. After spending some time with it, i have a few now and I wouldn't recommend this drone. In use, it is a decent drone but I think there are better ones for the money.

I am new to drone using it in the air and found the HS175D here on Amazon. After spending some time with it, after reading the description and watching a few videos I decided to buy it. I’m so happy that I did because it’s exactly as described, “beginner friendly” and “straightforward to control in the air”. I’ve had a blast getting familiar with to fly it and taking aerial videos and photographs. Overall, i look forward to becoming more proficient, and enjoying many more hours of flight!

It feels approachable for someone who is still learning the controls. It is genuinely enjoyable for casual flying. The build feels capable of handling normal practice and minor bumps. It has been a solid experience so far.

After spending some time with it, while this flys well, the manual is poorly written and the video isn't much better. From my experience, don't use it in an area with lots of power lines or tree branches, especially if there is any real wind. In use, it feels challenging to configure and you have to configure it almost every time you use it. So far, the controls are also challenging to use unless you have spent many hours playing video games with similar controllers. Overall, but once you get the hang of it, it works pretty well.

The controls become manageable quickly and the flying experience is fairly steady. For casual use, it has worked out well.

From my experience, i have two Holy Stone drones that are no longer available but still work great. After spending some time with it, hopefully the government will have a resolution regarding foreign drones being sold in the United States because I am looking forward to upgrading. I picked up the HS 175 as a present for my brother, who has never flown one.He is having a great time getting familiar with.

In regular use, seems to work fine, the GPS would require flat land.
