Amazing drone flu stable. I crashed into multiple trees. Still turned on perfectly fine and flute Street. Easy for beginners pretty powerful and good camera and very very good life. I would very much recommend this drone.

Love how easy to use it is. it may suck on how little the battery life is per battery but you can just switch them out to get some more kick out of it. It’s also pretty fast.

Bought as a birthday gift for a 12 year old. Definitely recommended for the price.

This is a combination of linking the controller (up and down on left stick), calibrating the gyro (both sticks to 5 o'clock), then unlocking the propellers by pointing them both down towards the centre.

So this is the first drone I have ever had. Quite interesting, easy to set up, does not has very long distance. It requires some time to learn how to fly it. Can make videos or photos. ??

As a beginning drone owner and pilot I found this to be a sturdy surprisingly swift performer.

If you read the instructions properly, and play around with it a few times, it is pretty intuitive and easy to handle. However, it is extremely difficult to calibrate properly to ensure that it doesn't start drifting. I began using it and it was pretty easy to understand the controls. They also come with spare propellers which is nice, because I crashed it a lot. The camera is very good, but it is difficult to turn on and off to easily capture videos and photos quickly. It is not a premium drone but works for basic functions.

As a beginning quadcopter hobbyist (my only other experience is a week spent) one of the main things I was hoping for in the Holy Stone HS110D was easy controllability.

I think the first thing to note about this drone is that it's NOT a professional GPS controlled one with an expensive gyro and GPS in it, so it wouldn't be fair to compare it to one that's 10 times as much (or more) to buy. As a budget drone, however, it's surprisingly better than expected and quite impressive for the price. Everything folds down into a hard case for transportation. You have 2 batteries included and I was pleasantly surprised that there are 2 USB charging adapters included. The batteries do take some time to charge, but are quite high mAh, so do provide a decent amount of flight time. The drone arms fold out, which has to be done in order so that they don't jam. They lightly click into place, although it's worth checking they're still in position everytime you crash or have a hard landing, since it can knock the stability out. I'll also note here that you have a spare set of propellers and a small screwdriver to fit them. You do need to read the instruction booklet as there are routines you need to follow before your first flight. There's an auto take off button that raises it to 5 foot or you can lift off yourself. Controls are up/down on the left stick for height, left/right on the left stick to rotate, up/down on the right stick to move forward and back and left/right in the right stick to move in those directions. This is relatively easy to fly, although the controls do take a bit of time to get used to, especially if you've used a standard RC controller before. There's a trim process that I've fou d you need to do on each initial flight or after crashing. The drone is quite light, so any slight change of balance means you need to set it up again. This is the only real frustration with it (why I've dropped 1 star). I've flown this a fair bit around my garden and found that it's not too bad to steer. It'll be better where there's more room though, so will be taking it out into the countryside at some point to give it a longer range test. Due to the size and weight, I gather this doesn't need a specific licence to fly, although I'll be checking on that. Definitely recommended for the price.

As with everything else in life, you get what you pay for.

As a beginner I was a bit nervous about using this drone. But I have tried it in the park when there was no wind and it stayed at one place for quite a while before the wind eventually moved it. If flying indoors, the wind from the propeller will create air flow in the room and will move the drone, so constant adjustment is needed. The drone comes with two batteries, each lasts for about 15-20 minutes of play time, so quite a long flight time from two. Each takes a couple of hours to charge, but there are also two charging cables provided so both batteries can be charged at same time. Just need charging adaptor which is not supplied. The controller takes 3 AAA batteries to operate. It is intuitive and not cluttered so all functions are easy to find. The manual says that transmitter range is 100m when unobstructed. The manual is easy to follow. Remember to do pre-flight checks as specified in the manual before every flight. Especially setting up the gyro pre flight which must be done on flat surface. The drone is pretty well built and versatile for the price (around ￡80 when I bought it). I have crashed the drone many times to doors, walls, trees and other objects (not intentionally of course) when I learned to fly it in first few attempts. Also, it once dropped from about 3m height propeller first. So far, it is still flying well and I do not see a single scratch on it. 4 sets of spare propellers are supplied with a small screwdriver for changing the propellers. Propellers are coded, so the right propeller must be installed on the right motor.I like the fact that the angle of the camera can be operated remotely to face forward or down (90 degree) and anything in between. It is one of the reasons I bought it. The quality of the camera is also very good for the price. I think it is 1080 HD. Also, there is a slot for micro SD card at the bottom of the drone to save the files or you can connect to your mobile phone via the app and save the photos/videos on the phone. The app is quite easy to use and very easy to pair via the drone wifi. The drone can also be controlled using your phone app once paired, which is handy, and there seems to be no lag between the app control and the drone, although I have not used it often. I prefer to use the transmitter/controller while my phone is only used to see what photos or videos I am taking.

Super easy to use, great battery life, and a whole lot of fun. the company is great to, if you are a beginner with drones, you are going to break stuff. Holy Stone will get you replacement parts (so far I haven't had to pay) ASAP.

When I first opened the box of the drone, my first impression was that I loved the case! It really makes flying a drone so much easier when you can just pick up the case and go, not having to gather everything into a bag prior. I also love that it’s foldable and compact, which surprisingly does not affect how well the drone performs. Of all the drones I’ve flown, this one was by far my favourite all around. The drone handles very well, it has a great camera for photo’s and videos and it can be moved while in flight. It has a follow me feature, one tap flight, return to home, speed settings and so much more. Even the controller was well crafted, has good weight, design and overall felt like it was great quality. I especially liked the design of the antenna on the controller, they were designed to be at the bottom, not the top of the controller, allowing the user to have better grip. All in all this is a great value drone. I would recommend it for medium to advanced users.

The packaging is great , the case is very well made , even the drone and the camera are more than ok , it takes time to get used to how to balance it because it drifts alittle bit , controler response is great , battery is ok for 20 minutes

Bought this for my husband for Christmas, he's never had a drone nor operated a drone before and absolutely loves this one, he says its easy to operate

This is a really good drone for people like me who are just starting to get into the fun. It is very easy to control with the instruction and after few practices. The drone can fly very high and it's very good at taking pictures. I do think it's in HD quality since the images are very clear, as well as the videos.

As a first time drone user, I found flying this drone incredibly easy to pick up due to how intuitive the app and controller are
