We have another Holy Stone drone that we love, so when we found this new product we were excited to try. Unfortunately it was not the same quality. The drones are so incredibly loud. Everyone in the family covers their ears the second they are turned on. The noise is truly awful. It is 10x louder than any other drone I’ve heard. I contacted the company, and they refused to refund me. They offered me 20% of my money back which is hardly anything. Or they said I could pay to ship them back and then only get 80% back. Which probably amounts to the same thing. It’s so disappointing. They should offer free returns if you aren’t satisfied with a product. If I had known they wouldn’t, I would never have purchased. I definitely do not recommend unless you are prepared to wear earplugs when using.

Thank you for being a returning Holy Stone customer and for sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear that this drone didn't meet your expectations, especially regarding the noise level.
Our support team reviewed the video you provided and did not identify any unusual operating sounds. However, we understand that the noise level may still be louder than you expected, and we respect your feedback.
We're also sorry that the solutions offered did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your continued support of Holy Stone and remain happy to assist you through our customer support team.

Great little drone, love it!
Enjoyable choice for younger users

For everyday flying, these are really fun drones, super easy to set up and they fly great. So far, the lasers are cool and drone responses are as described. Overall, the lights on the drones are neat and I can see the battle play being super in low light or dark settings. The drones are resilient and took bounces off walls etc with no problems....absolutely a fun thing for younger users!

Good option for indoor practice

Its compact size makes it convenient for flying around the house. For casual use, it has worked out well.
